Hello to my very few followers! My goal in 2021 is to get back to making fairly regular blog posts and getting my podcast started up! What got me thinking about was wanting to write something out in regards to the capitol storming for future reference.
I have noticed a ton of people talking about whether Trump did or did not incite the capitol riot. I just wanted to a compile a couple quotes of HIS words, the transcripts, for future use. I added a couple comments after each one because in my nature, I am a smartass and cannot help it.

Here is Donald Trump, this morning, 1/12/21. I know all of you are SHOCKED but he does not think he did anything wrong!
“So if you read my speech, and many people have done it, and I’ve seen it both in the papers and in the media, on television, it’s been analyzed, and people thought that what I said was totally appropriate,” the president said in response to questions about his role in the riots.
So here’s what he said the morning of the event (transcript):
All of us here today do not want to see our election victory stolen by a bold and radical left Democrats which is what they are doing and stolen by the fake news media. That is what they have done and what they are doing. We will never give up. We will never concede. It doesn’t happen. You don’t concede when there’s theft involved.
Our country has had enough. We will not take it anymore, and that is what this is all about.
And to use a favorite term that all of you people really came up with, we will stop the steal.
Today I will lay out just some of the evidence proving that we won this election and we won it by a landslide. This was not a close election. You know I say sometimes jokingly, but there’s no joke about it. I have been into elections. I won them both and the second one I won much bigger than the first, okay?
Almost 75 million people voted for our campaign, the most of any incumbent president by far in the history of our country; 12 million more than four years ago.
And I was told by the real pollsters; we do have real pollsters. They know that we were going to do well and we were going to win. What I was told if I went from 63 million, which we had four years ago to 66 million, there was no chance of losing. Well, we didn’t go to 66, we went to 75 million, and they say we lost. We didn’t lose. And by the way, does anybody believe that Joe had 80 million votes? Does anybody believe that?
He had 80 million computer votes. It’s a disgrace. There’s never been anything like that. You can take third world countries just take a look take third world countries their elections are more honest than what we have been going through in this country. It’s a disgrace. It’s a disgrace. Even when you look at last night, they were all running around like chickens with their heads cut off with boxes, and nobody knows what the hell is going on. There’s never been anything like this. We will not let them silence your voices. We’re not going to let it happen.
Here’s what he said DURING the riots (as they were going on)
“I know your pain. I know you’re hurt. We had an election that was stolen from us. It was a landslide election and everyone knows it especially the other side. But you have to go home now. We have to have peace. We have to have law and order. We have to respect our great people in law and order. We don’t want anybody hurt. It’s a very tough period of time, there’s never been a time like this where such a thing happened, where they could take it away from all of us. From me, from you, from our country. This was a fraudulent election, but we can’t play into the hands of these people. We have to have peace. So go home, we love you, you’re very special. You’ve seen what happens, you’ve seen the way others are treated that are so bad and so evil. I know how you feel, but go home and go home in peace.”
So yes, he DID technically say the words “go home”, but… I would say that was bullshit sandwich, but he continued to spew the reason for the riots IN his apology. That’s not an apology. That’s a “I’m sorry baby, why’d you make me hit you?” apology
Here’s what he said later in the afternoon after the riots:
These are the things and events that happen when a sacred landslide election victory is so unceremoniously & viciously stripped away from great patriots who have been badly & unfairly treated for so long. Go home with love & in peace. Remember this day forever!
Again, not really an apology and is continuing to perpetuate the very reason for the thing happening
So, I will start 2021 the same way I started 2020… Fuck Donald Trump. Fuck the GOP for enabling this clown. Fuck people for continuing to accept this behavior.
