Cardinal Capital

At Cardinal Capital, my role was Impact Investments Officer. My role was to find investors for real estate projects, many of which were “specialty” real estate projects. Populations such as blind/deaf, chronic homelessness, low-income, Intellectually or Developmentally Disabled (I/DD), Veterans, and more. While I was responsible for prospecting and closing these relationships, another big part of my job was the marketing material involved in these pitches. Below are a few examples…
